MANUFACTURING FACILITIES
The Company has state of the art manufacturing plant in the millennium city, Gurugram. The plant is manufacturing wide range of submersible pumpsets under the supervision of well seasoned managers and engineers. The manufacturing unit is equipped with high precision CNCs,Turning Centers, Milling machines, Cylindrical grinding machines, Welding SPM’s, Static & Dynamic Balancing Machines, Induction Brazing Machine etc. The Assembly lines for pumps are well equipped with pneumatic tools and fixtures for mass production and high scale accuracy. For the long life of the pumpsets, they are coated with special Epoxy paints and CED Coating . With this type of infrastructure the company has already attained an average production of 5000 pumpsets per month.
NETWORK
The Company is selling its products in the market with the Brand name “BS”. The distributions of our products are through our authorized distributors for each state which in turn supply the pumpsets to various BS authorized dealers. The Company is largely selling its products in the states of PUNJAB, HARYANA, HIMACHAL PRADESH, UTTARANCHAL, U.P., BIHAR, DELHI NCR, GUJARAT, KARNATAKA, JAMMU & KASHMIR, and RAJASTHAN. All the dealers are selected & appointed on the basis of their technical know-how about the product & after sales- service back-up.
